 First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a
quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't
mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your
thoughts before writing. I've had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.
I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like
the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?

 When I initially commented I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox
and from now on each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with
the exact same comment. There has to be an easy method you can remove me from that service?
